Job Description

We are urgently looking for a passionate and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive for our own institute. This role involves driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and execute plans to achieve revenue goals. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients (schools, colleges, etc.), build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and manage client interactions. Product Presentation & Demonstration: Present educational products or services, demonstrating their value to potential clients. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales deals and contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and guidelines. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales activities, manage pipelines, generate forecasts, and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform sales and marketing strategies. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with marketing teams, product development teams, and other stakeholders to align efforts and improve offerings. Event Participation: Represent the company at educational events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services. Staying Updated: Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the education and EdTech sectors. Skills Required: Sales Skills: Prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, negotiation, closing deals. Marketing Skills: Market research, campaign development, content creation, digital marketing. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish relationships, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. Self-motivation & Drive: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 30/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
