We are looking for a driven and warm Sales & Marketing Executive who can represent the brand with grace, build strong client relationships, and support business growth across offline and digital platforms.

🎯 Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for:
• Managing client interactions, enquiries, and showroom appointments
• Supporting sales conversions and nurturing long-term relationships
• Driving brand visibility through social media, collaborations, events, and exhibitions
• Coordinating marketing content, brand communication, and outreach activities
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, people-centric, and passionate about luxury and jewellery.

🛍️ Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Relations
• Handle walk-ins, referrals, and online enquiries with professionalism and warmth
• Assist clients with product selection, styling, and customisation discussions
• Maintain client records, follow-ups, and after-sales communication
• Support order processing, coordination with vendors, and timely delivery updates
• Build trust-based relationships and encourage repeat business
Marketing & Brand Communication
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Coordinate content for Instagram, WhatsApp, emailers, and brand collaterals
• Support photoshoots, styling, and content briefs for products and collections
• Engage with influencers, stylists, and brand collaborators where relevant
• Track social media insights and suggest growth opportunities
Events & Exhibitions
• Assist with pop-ups, exhibitions, client meets, and brand showcases
• Manage invites, RSVPs, presentation displays, and guest experience
• Represent the brand professionally during events
Operational Support
• Maintain catalogues, inventory records, client pricing sheets, and documentation
• Coordinate internally with design, production, and logistics teams
• Support day-to-day studio activities and brand operations

• Experience in luxury retail / jewellery / fashion / lifestyle / premium client-facing roles
• Strong communication skills — spoken & written English essential
• Warm, confident, and relationship-oriented personality
• Attention to detail, presentation sense, and aesthetic awareness
• Comfortable working in a boutique studio environment
• Good understanding of social media trends & brand storytelling
• Proficiency in Excel / CRM tools will be an advantage
• A passion for jewellery is a big plus ✨
