Sales and Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Executive at MaxFate Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's business consultancy services. Your focus will be on driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote MaxFate's business consultancy services, including the 1-Year Business Consultancy Plan. - Identify and engage potential clients, primarily businesses with 1-5 crore annual revenue, in the Mathura region and surrounding areas. - Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. - Represent MaxFate Group at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective implementation of marketing campaigns. - Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform future product and service development. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in business consultancy, financial services, or B2B services. - Strong understanding of business consulting, strategic growth, and profitability solutions for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies tailored to the needs of businesses in the 1-5 crore revenue range. - Experience in the Mathura market or similar regional markets is preferred. - Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; strong presentation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.,
