Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at MaxFate Group, your role will involve developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the business consultancy services, including the 1-Year Business Consultancy Plan. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and engaging potential clients, primarily businesses with 1-5 crore annual revenue, in the Mathura region and surrounding areas. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted marketing campaigns. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. - Representing MaxFate Group at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective implementation of marketing campaigns. - Providing feedback on market trends and client needs to inform future product and service development. - Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in business consultancy, financial services, or B2B services. - Strong understanding of business consulting, strategic growth, and profitability solutions for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies tailored to the needs of businesses in the 1-5 crore revenue range. - Experience in the Mathura market or similar regional markets is preferred. - Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; strong presentation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
