Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting marketing initiatives targeted at small & medium businesses (SMBs) and corporate clients. The role involves lead generation, market research, campaign execution, customer engagement, and coordination with the sales team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services in the SMB and corporate segment. Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads through digital, offline, and networking channels. Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, presentations, and client proposals. Plan and execute campaigns (email, social media, events, webinars, etc.) to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Track, analyze, and report the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, and operations) for seamless execution. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in B2B/SMB or corporate marketing. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus. Key Attributes: Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
