Job Summary: The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling tiles, marble, and other stone products to retail customers, contractors, architects, builders, and interior designers. The role involves developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their project needs, and ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the tiles and marble sector. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Visit construction sites, architects, builders, and interior designers to promote products. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and business partners. Follow up with leads, quotations, and negotiations to close deals. Manage existing client accounts and ensure repeat business. Marketing & Promotion Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team to design brochures, catalogs, and online campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies. Support digital marketing initiatives (social media campaigns, online ads, etc.). Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.
