Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and effective communication. B2B Sales: Identify and approach potential clients such as architects, interior designers, builders, hotels, and restaurants. Generate business through partnerships, bulk orders, and corporate tie-ups. Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and product samples to clients. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business. Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events for lead generation. B2C Sales: Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries professionally. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or design solutions. Manage retail sales, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery. General Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets. Coordinate with the design and production teams for order execution. Conduct regular market research to understand trends, pricing, and competitors. Prepare weekly sales reports and share performance updates with management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (furniture/interior/design industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to manage both corporate and retail clients professionally. Compensation: Competitive salary + sales incentives (based on performance) Work Schedule: Sunday to Friday (Saturday off) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
