Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct project scouting to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, and key stakeholders.
Identify and develop potential leads to expand the customer base.
Manage customer relations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Engage in customer interactions, negotiations, and deal finalizations.
Schedule and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Demonstrate adaptability and strong teamwork in dynamic environments.
Communicate effectively in
English, Marathi, and Hindi
.

Requirements

Experience:
0-2 years in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
Education:
Degree or Diploma; relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Languages:
English, Marathi, and Hindi (mandatory).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:
30,000 per month
Performance Bonus:
Up to 20,000 (based on job performance)
Travel Allowance:
Provided separately
