Job Description: As a Sales & Marketing Engineer , you will drive B2B sales for our innovative solutions: E-learning LMS Platform www.learnew.org: Industry-relevant skill development courses for engineering Students and Industry professionals. CAD/CAM Software Solutions : Specialized software tools for CNC machining, Job Production, and manufacturing industries. You will be responsible for managing direct sales across institutions and industries in your territory. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, travel-readiness, and a passion for tech-based selling. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads in educational and industrial sectors. Present and demonstrate our E-learning platform independently. Coordinate with the technical team for advanced CAD/CAM software demos. Build strong client relationships and close B2B deals. Travel across assigned regions for client visits, demos, and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow structured sales workflows. Support marketing events such as webinars, expos, and campus activities. Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, Automobile, or Electronics. MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred) Experience: 1 to 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial and/or educational sectors.
