Job Description: As a Marketing and Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting and expanding our: E-learning LMS platform (www.learnew.org) offering industry-relevant skill development courses. CAD/CAM Software Solutions tailored for manufacturing industries. Your key focus will be B2B sales across industries and educational institutions in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads in industrial and educational sectors. Deliver effective presentations and product demos of our E-learning LMS and CAD/CAM software. Build strong client relationships and close sales. Travel extensively to meet clients (field-based role). Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system. Follow defined sales processes and collaborate with internal teams to drive results. Candidate Profile: Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, Automobile, or Electronics. MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred) Experience: 1 to 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial and/or educational sectors. Skills Required: Strong presentation and communication skills. Self-driven with a passion for field sales. Proficiency in CRM tools and process-oriented work. Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license.
