🏍️ Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate– Bikes Division Location: Bangalore (travel between warehouse & office) Type: Full-time 🛠️ About the Role: Are you passionate about bikes and dream of working hands-on in the pre-owned two-wheeler ecosystem? We're looking for an energetic and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate who is enthusiastic about motorcycles, understands the nitty-gritty of inventory, and is ready to hustle between the warehouse and office. You’ll play a crucial role in driving sales, managing on-ground bike inventory, and building relationships with customers and vendors. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement Assist walk-in or digital customers with queries on available bikes Coordinate test rides, negotiate deals, and close sales under guidance Maintain strong post-sale customer relationships   Inventory Management Maintain real-time updates of inventory in tools like Notion/Excel Coordinate with vendors and warehouse staff to ensure bike readiness Oversee photography, pricing, tagging, and condition reporting of bikes Warehouse–Office Coordination Regular travel between warehouse and office to sync data, bikes, and processes Ensure showroom and inventory floor are in optimal shape for customer visits   Market & Product Knowledge Stay updated on bike models, specs, pricing trends Provide insights to marketing & ops teams on inventory gaps or trends ✅ You’re a Great Fit If You: Are truly passionate about motorcycles and love talking about them Have strong communication skills – both verbal & written Are willing to travel between warehouse and office frequently Have good working knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Notion Understand basics of inventory management Are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Education: Recently completed graduation (any stream – business/automotive/engineering preferred) 🚀 What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in the high-growth used two-wheeler segment Mentorship from experienced founders & core team Exposure to sales strategy, customer interaction, and inventory ops
