About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and student-friendly team member who can handle both marketing and student engagement. This is a unique role where you’ll create engaging content, connect with students, and build partnerships with colleges to grow our brand and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
Create reels, shorts, infographics, and student testimonials for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and post regular content to build brand awareness. Research social media trends and use SEO for better reach.
Student Counselling & Conversions
Respond to leads on WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins quickly.
Counsel students for IELTS coaching & study abroad opportunities.
Follow up using CRM to ensure no lead is missed.
Partnership & Outreach
Build relationships with local colleges, coaching centres, and student leaders.
Coordinate “Campus Ambassador” programs to get bulk leads.
Organize mini-events, workshops, or info sessions to attract students.
Skills Required
Canva/Photoshop & basic video editing.
Strong English & Hindi communication skills.
Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Networking & event coordination.
Google Sheet & lead tracking knowledge .
