Sales and Marketing Assistant

Sales Support

• Lead Management and Qualification: Assisting the sales team by managing inbound leads, performing initial qualification, and ensuring they are assigned to the correct salesperson.
• Administrative Assistance for Sales: Preparing and organizing sales documents, such as quotes, proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients.
• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Management: Maintaining and updating customer and prospect data in the CRM system (e.g., contact information, sales activities, project status) to ensure data accuracy and support effective follow-up.
• Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling client appointments, meetings, and site visits for the sales team.

Marketing Support

• Campaign Execution: Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, which could include email marketing, direct mail, or local advertising.
• Content and Collateral Creation: Supporting the creation of marketing materials like brochures, flyers, newsletters, presentations, and digital content (e.g., for the website or social media).
• Social Media Management: Contributing to the company's online presence by helping to manage and update social media accounts with engaging content relevant to landscaping.
• Market Research: Conducting basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and to inform marketing strategies.
• Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning and organization of promotional events, trade shows, or community outreach programs.

Customer Relationship & General Administration

• Communication: Handling incoming sales and marketing inquiries (phone, email) and directing them to the appropriate team member or resolving simple requests.
• Customer Appreciation/Feedback: Managing customer satisfaction surveys or follow-up activities to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on the performance of sales and marketing activities, such as tracking lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
