Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Bhiwadi
Reporting To: Sales and Marketing Assistant

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities for the powder coating plant by identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify new market opportunities for powder coating services and products.
  • Visit industrial clients, fabricators, and manufacturers to generate leads.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing based on customer requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
  • Ensure timely order follow-ups, payments, and after-sales support.
  • Sales Planning & Target Achievement:
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Marketing Activities:
  • Promote powder coating services through digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industrial events.
  • Develop marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and social media content.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams:
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and quality departments for timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Share customer feedback with management to improve products and services.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of industrial/powder coating market
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial sales (preferably powder coating, paint, or metal finishing industry)
  • Own vehicle preferred for client visits

Salary & Benefits:

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday

Note: Candidates with experience in surface finishing, industrial coatings, or B2B industrial marketing will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
