Customer Engagement & Sales:


  • Meet potential customers at the studio and understand their requirements.
  • Present design concepts, materials, and quotations to clients confidently.
  • Build strong relationships and guide clients from enquiry to onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly team level sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.
  • Must be a driven extrovert individual with sales and customer facing roles.


Design Oversight:


  • Collaborate with the team to ensure proposals meet client expectations and brand standards.
  • Review designs, mood boards, and 3D renders before client presentations.
  • Ensure accurate Design Information Packs (DIP) are prepared for execution.


Team Leadership:


  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and project coordinators.
  • Monitor individual and team performance to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular training and feedback sessions for team development.
  • Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.


Operations & Coordination:


  • Oversee project progress from design to handover to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to resolve on-site challenges.
  • Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site)
  • Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales, and project updates in CRM tools.


Key Requirements


  • Experience: 6 to 8 years in interior design sales, design consultancy, or studio management.
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or Business Management.
  • Strong knowledge of residential interior design processes and materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, Kannada preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM/project management software (Zoho experience is a plus).
