Job Description

As an established company specializing in creating exquisite living spaces, your role will involve engaging with potential customers at our studio, understanding their requirements, and presenting design concepts, materials, and quotations. You will nurture strong relationships, guide clients through the entire process, and aim to achieve monthly team-level sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies. Collaboration is key as you work closely with colleagues to ensure proposals meet client expectations and align with brand standards. You will review designs, mood boards, and 3D renders before client presentations and ensure the accuracy of Design Information Packs (DIP) for seamless execution. In addition to sales and design oversight, you will take on a leadership role, guiding and mentoring a team of designers and project coordinators. Monitoring performance, conducting training sessions, and providing feedback to support team development will be essential. You will oversee project progress from design to handover, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinating with vendors and contractors to address on-site challenges will be part of your responsibilities. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be crucial in defending ideas, designs, and pricing, as well as maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present design concepts, materials, and quotations. - Achieve monthly team-level sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure proposals meet client expectations and brand standards. - Review designs, mood boards, and 3D renders before client presentations. - Guide and mentor a team of designers and project coordinators. - Monitor individual and team performance, conduct training sessions, and provide feedback for team development. - Oversee project progress from design to handover, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors to address on-site challenges. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in interior design sales, design consultancy, or studio management. - Degree or diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or Business Management preferred. - Strong knowledge of residential interior design processes and materials. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing teams. - Proficiency in CRM and project management software, experience in Zoho is a plus.
