* Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities for the companys products and services.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
* Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business needs.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
* Conduct field surveys for planned and upcoming plant locations.
* Collect and analyze survey data, prepare structured reports and forecasts using MS Excel.
* Promote and upsell company products and services to existing and potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
* Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
* Support management with periodic reports, client feedback, and improvement suggestions.
* Meet or exceed assigned sales and performance targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, analysis, reporting, forecasting).
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
