Role & responsibilities; Conduct research to identify potential leads and industry trends. Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities. Qualify leads and maintain accurate information in the lead management system. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Support the team in executing email campaigns and follow-up communication. Maintain a detailed database of contacts, interactions, and leads. Develop a clear understanding of the companys products, services, and target markets. Provide timely updates and reports to the sales and marketing management team . Preferred candidate profile; Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Basic understanding of the IT industry and technologies. Interest or academic exposure to sales, marketing, or business development. Willingness to learn lead generation, cold calling, and email marketing. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
