Job Description

Finance Executive / Finance Officer / Accounts Executive

Steam House India Ltd

Location

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Banking

Oversee and make daily payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable as per POs and Bills
Monitor and manage EMI payments and loan schedules
Prepare and track cash flow to ensure optimal fund utilization
Coordinate with banks for LC (Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantee), and trade forex transactions
Prepare and maintain accurate financial documentation for payments, loans, and banking
Forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements
Ensure timely compliance with internal financial policies

Accounting

Record daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, bank, expenses, etc.)
Vendor & customer reconciliation
Bank reconciliation
Maintain bills, vouchers & ledgers
Support audit process & MIS preparation
GST and TDS data preparation & coordination for filing
Maintain supporting documents and compliance records

Requirements

Graduate in Finance/Commerce/Accounting
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of EMI/loan tracking, banking operations, LC/BG
Experience in Tally / ERP & strong MS Excel skills
Strong coordination & accuracy
Good communication skills
