Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales and Branding Manager who will drive revenue and elevate Novella’s brand presence in the luxury wedding market. This is a strategic, on-ground role focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and market visibility. The ideal candidate is a high-energy closer who can sell with sophistication and market with vision.

This position requires complete ownership, 6-day availability, willingness to travel, and the flexibility to attend client meetings, events, or shoots — including weekends when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Convert inquiries into high-value bookings by presenting Novella's services with clarity and confidence
• Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and premium positioning
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, planners, and referral partners

Branding & Market Presence

• Represent Novella at industry events, exhibitions, and social engagements
• Plan and oversee brand activations, pop-ups, and offline collaborations to grow awareness
• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Identify new market opportunities and competitive benchmarks

Collaboration & Strategy

• Coordinate with the photography, planning, and creative teams to align service delivery with client expectations
• Offer client insights and market intelligence to shape branding and business development strategies
• Collaborate with influencers, venues, stylists, and planners to amplify brand presence and sales pipeline

Travel & Flexibility

• Open to traveling frequently for meetings, events, or destination weddings
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends when required for business development or events
• Maintain a dynamic, solution-driven approach in a fast-paced luxury environment

What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in luxury sales, business development, or branding (wedding, hospitality, or lifestyle industries preferred)
• Proven track record in closing high-ticket sales and managing long sales cycles
• Deep understanding of the luxury client mindset and the ability to build trust with HNIs/UHNWIs
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Professional presence, emotional intelligence, and a strong aesthetic sense
