Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Brand Communication Manager who is part relationship-builder, part brand evangelist, and full-time go-getter. This role demands complete dedication, flexibility, and the passion to be everywhere the brand needs to be — from five-star venues and luxury events to high-profile client meetings and influencer collaborations. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Communication & Storytelling

• Develop and execute compelling brand messaging across all channels
• Craft sophisticated narratives that reflect Novella’s luxury identity
• Represent the brand with confidence and clarity across digital and physical platforms

Strategic Collaborations & PR

• Build and nurture relationships with premium wedding venues, planners, influencers, and PR agencies
• Lead influencer partnerships, editorial features, and high-impact campaigns
• Drive collaborations that enhance visibility, value, and trust in the Novella brand

Client Relationship & Business Development

• Serve as a relationship lead for HNI/Ultra-HNI clients, offering white-glove service
• Actively generate and convert new business leads through networking and strategic outreach
• Be a consistent and charismatic face of the brand in all client-facing interactions

Travel & On-Ground Brand Representation

• Be open to frequent travel across cities and venues for meetings, shoots, and events
• Work dynamically across time zones, geographies, and formats to ensure Novella’s presence where it matters
• Support internal teams to align communication efforts with business and revenue goals

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in luxury communications, PR, business development, or client servicing
• A strong network within the luxury wedding, lifestyle, or hospitality space (especially in Delhi NCR)
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• High energy, polished presence, and ability to handle high-stakes situations with grace
• Passion for weddings, storytelling, aesthetics, and brand-building
