Sales and Application Engineer

As a Sales & Application Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for independently handling business operations, conducting product trials, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your role will involve a deep understanding of various cutting tools for CNC machines, tool management systems, and collaborating with the Development team to introduce new products and resolve customer complaints. Your expertise in grade selection of cutting tools for different materials will be crucial in providing tooling solutions and cost benefits to customers. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve metal cutting problems, working closely with PED & NPD teams to improve productivity and build long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge of cutting tools for CNC machines including turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading, and reaming - Experience in Tool Management Systems - Conducting product trials, introducing new products, and resolving customer complaints - Collaborating with the Development team to prove out new tools - Improving productivity by adopting better tooling techniques - Expertise in grade selection of cutting tools for various materials - Providing tooling solutions and cost benefits to customers - Troubleshooting and resolving metal cutting problems - Building strong customer contacts and maintaining long-term business relationships Qualifications Required: - BE (Mechanical) / Diploma (Mechanical) - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer in the cutting tools domain preferred Join us for an attractive salary package with performance-based incentives and the opportunity to work with a growing team, directly impacting business growth.,
