Job Description

Position: Cutting Tool Specialist – CNC Applications

Location

: Pune & Nashik (Only candidates currently residing in these locations will be considered)

Experience

: Minimum 2 years in CNC tooling and metal cutting operations

Salary Range

: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹6.7 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate expertise in cutting tools for CNC operations including turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading, and reaming
Manage and optimize Tool Management Systems for operational efficiency
Conduct product trials, tool introductions, and address customer complaints with technical precision
Collaborate with
Product Engineering Division (PED)
and
New Product Development (NPD)
teams to validate and implement new tooling solutions
Enhance productivity through strategic tooling improvements and process optimization
Select appropriate cutting tool grades based on material specifications and machining requirements
Deliver cost-effective tooling solutions by calculating and optimizing
Cost per Component
Troubleshoot and resolve complex metal cutting challenges across various machining environments

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC tooling and metal cutting applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to collaborate with PED and NPD teams
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Must be currently based in
Pune or Nashik
