• Minimum 10–15% hike from current CTC

Sales & Application Engineers

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of various cutting tools for CNC machines and operations such as turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading, and reaming.
• Experience in Tool Management Systems.
• Conduct product trials, introduce new products, and resolve customer complaints.
• Collaborate with the Development team to prove out new tools.
• Improve productivity by adopting better tooling techniques.
• Expertise in grade selection of cutting tools for various materials.
• Provide tooling solutions and cost benefits to customers by optimizing cost/component.
• Troubleshoot and resolve various metal cutting problems.
• Work closely with PED & NPD teams.
• Build strong customer contacts and maintain long-term business relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience with leading cutting tool companies (competitors).
• Strong customer base and proven sales record.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical application skills.
