Role Overview:

We are seeking a technically sound and results-driven Sales & Application Engineer with experience in cutting tools and machining solutions. The ideal candidate will support industrial clients with product expertise, drive sales growth, and deliver tailored application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell cutting tools and machining solutions to manufacturing clients
• Provide on-site technical support, product trials, and application recommendations
• Interpret engineering drawings and suggest appropriate tooling solutions
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and customer demos
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client-specific requirements
• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:

  Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience:

  2–5 years in cutting tools sales or application engineering

• Technical Skills:

  Strong understanding of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Familiarity with CNC machines and tooling systems

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms

• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to

  Peenya, Bangalore

• Travel within Karnataka and nearby regions may be required
• Immediate joiners preferred
