You should have experience in the full life cycle of recruiting, which includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, handling non-technical queries, closing candidates, and managing responsibilities until the candidates join. It is essential to have worked on MSP/VMS model and dealt with domains like Non-IT Business Professional, Engineering, Automobile, Utility, Energy, Aerospace, and DOD-Federal Projects. Your expertise should lie in recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. You must be proficient in recruiting W2 candidates and have experience working with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and candidates. Having a proven successful sales record in the U.S. Staffing industry is crucial. You should possess excellent negotiating skills for finalizing rates/salaries and be capable of hiring non-technical candidates at all levels. Teamwork is essential, as you will be required to screen, maintain, and build the candidate database. A sound knowledge of Pharma, Non-IT Business Professional, and Engineering concepts along with staying updated on the latest trends is necessary. You should be able to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and understand client requirements to deliver qualified resources timely. Responsibilities include understanding non-technical requirements, maintaining successful sales records, negotiating rates/salaries, hiring candidates at all levels, working as a team player, and sourcing potential candidates effectively. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of hiring experience in Pharma, Non-IT Business Professional, and Engineering with direct clients. Superior communication skills, the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, and being highly driven are desired qualities. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
