Location: Delhi, India

Role Overview

The Sales & Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and overseeing account management activities. The role requires strong industry knowledge in energy, utilities, electrical products, infrastructure, petrochemical, or process industries, along with proven experience in handling key accounts and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy, utilities, electrical items, infrastructure, petrochemical, and process industries
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, finance, logistics) for seamless project execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Delhi/NCR region
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records
  • Build long‑term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and account management
  • Familiarity with energy, utilities, electrical panels/switchgear, infrastructure, petrochemical, or process industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Self‑motivated and target‑driven

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or Business Administration
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
