Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Accounts Manager to drive our sales strategy, build strong client relationships, and grow revenue streams. This is a pivotal role that combines account management with business development, ideal for someone passionate about purpose-driven products and impactful storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing key customers, creating and implementing strategic account plans to increase sales and revenue with both existing and new customers.
  • Develop plans and build pipeline for new revenue.
  • Negotiation of annual terms and commercial discussions.
  • Development and execution of marketing plans with customers.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to achieve channel objectives and sales targets.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams.
  • Implement training and development plans for all existing and new sites.

You Will Need:

  • flexibility to travel to clients.
  • proven work experience as Sales Account Manager or relevant role.
  • strong experience in in delivering client-focused solutions to customers needs.
  • excellent listening, negotiating, and presentation abilities.
  • strong verbal and written communication skills is a must.
  • Should have knowledge of working with CRM's (e.g: Zoho CRM or HubSpot).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.
