Role & responsibilities

Hiring for sales and account Management IT Staffing

Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Serve as a point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

Sales & Business Development:

Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Prepare and share proposals, pricing, and service offerings.

Account Management:

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions based on client requirements.
Track delivery progress, feedback, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Maintain and update client account information and activity logs.

Market Research:

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Support strategic planning with insights and data.
