Hiring for sales and account Management IT Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
    • Serve as a point of contact for client queries and concerns.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
    • Participate in client meetings and presentations.
    • Prepare and share proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
  • Account Management:

    • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions based on client requirements.
    • Track delivery progress, feedback, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
    • Maintain and update client account information and activity logs.
  • Market Research:

    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.
    • Support strategic planning with insights and data.
