Sales Analyst

As a Sales Data Analyst & Insights at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales strategy through data-driven insights, regional segmentation, forecasting, and performance tracking. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing sales data from SAP and Salesforce to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. You will be tasked with preparing monthly reports that compare Forecast vs Actual Sales and developing dashboards and visualizations for management reporting. Additionally, you will conduct product potential analysis across regions and customer segments, providing valuable business insights and supporting strategic decision-making through region-wise segmentation and performance metrics. You will also assist in annual sales planning, budgeting, and target setting by collaborating with finance and sales teams to align forecasts with business goals. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA in Finance or a related field and have at least 2 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or financial planning. Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, MS Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills include experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools, as well as knowledge of industrial automation or process instrumentation.
