Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Sales Account Manager with the goal of expanding the company's clientele and achieving revenue growth targets. Your primary focus will be to maintain the company's competitiveness and drive innovation by collaborating closely with the revenue team. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve individual sales targets and promote the company's products/services to meet clients" objectives - Prepare sales contracts while ensuring compliance with legal regulations - Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices - Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support - Cultivate long-term relationships with both new and existing customers - Develop entry-level staff to enhance their sales skills - Generate leads through Market Research, cold calling, target account selling, email campaigns, and social media - Build rapport with potential accounts, explain service capabilities, overcome objections, and finalize contracts - Meet monthly and quarterly leads and revenue objectives - Report on the status of accounts and transactions Qualifications Required: - Graduates/PGDBA/PGDM/MBA or equivalent with good academic performance - Certification courses related to sales/marketing are a plus - Minimum 4 years of experience in international markets, preferably in the US and UK - Expert knowledge of the company's service lines and value proposition Additional Details: N/A,
