Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Executive and Coordinator, located in Delhi, India. The Purchasing Executive and Coordinator will be responsible for managing purchase orders, requisitions, and procurement processes. They will coordinate with suppliers, negotiate, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of purchases, monitoring inventory levels, and communicating effectively with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs. Qualifications Strong skills in managing Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management Proficient in Procurement processes Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field To support routine plant operations by purchasing of required material at right time at right quality by ensuring cost effectiveness. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Handle office documents and emails. Monitor office and plant supplies and place orders when necessary. Identify right vendors, float RFQ and invite quotes. To work closely with vendor’s, users in strengthening RFQ’s and freezing specifications as and when required. Prepare, raise purchase orders, Contracts, SLA’s etc. Act as an effective interface between suppliers, internal customers and other related departments in resolution of problems and streamline the process To co-ordinate and act as a better support along with vendor’s and end user’s/stores / SCM / finance in case of any issues in supplies or payments. To monitor market trends, bench marking costs, constructing required cost structures. To do business / cost analysis, for identifying potential opportunities for savings in close communication with end users. Prepare reports, keeping MIS on required KRA’s of Cost savings, Delivery targets. Periodic review on performance indicators in line with continuous self and business improvements.
