Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an OEM/ODM Sales Account Manager based in Delhi, India. The Sales Account Manager will handle day-to-day tasks including maintaining customer satisfaction, managing their accounts like their requirements, their dispatches, payments, etc., and generating new leads. The role also involves interacting with existing and new clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with internal teams, exploring new potential areas of business,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the consumer electronics and grooming products industry is a plus
• Should be proficient on MS Office and Google Sheets.
