Job Title: Sales Account Manager Location: Laskana, Surat Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and grow key customer accounts across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, generating new business, maximizing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a deep understanding of the healthcare/medical devices market. Key Responsibilities1. Account Management & Relationship Building Manage existing customer accounts, including distributors, hospitals, government bodies, and B2B clients. Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and ensuring timely support. Conduct regular follow-ups, maintain account health, and handle escalations. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through account expansion and upselling. Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts and convert them into business orders. Manage entire sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → closing → payment follow-up. 3. Customer Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, supply chain, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution. Track order status, resolve issues, and ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate records in ERPNext/CRM. 4. Market Intelligence Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Provide insights to leadership for strategic planning. 5. Documentation & Reporting Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents. Maintain daily reports, call logs, and sales updates. Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and follow-up status.
