Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets across Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services.
  • Drive new client acquisition and break into new accounts for enterprise solutions.
  • Cross-sell and upsell multiple product lines to existing and new customers.
  • Maintain a healthy and mature sales funnel across all business lines.
  • Monitor market competition, gather intelligence, and plan customer-specific sales interventions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients to ensure sustained revenue growth.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all service lines, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close business deals/contracts to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services as per client expectations.
  • Conduct regular fieldwork to enhance customer engagement and ensure service excellence.
