We're Hiring – Sales Executive (Real Estate) Location: Surat Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the sales journey. Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage and track sales leads daily Maintain accurate lead data and comments in ERP system Generate new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media Represent the company in exhibitions and conferences Respond to sales inquiries and schedule project site visits Deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact through follow-up Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions Present project details and showcase sample flats and amenities Ensure timely and complete data input in CRM systems Prepare regular reports with sales and financial data Manage inventory of sales materials (brochures, leaflets, videos, etc.) Follow up with clients and manage the sales funnel efficiently Maintain a professional and welcoming sales office and project site environment Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project communication Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure regular updates Desired Candidate Profile: 2–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred, other industries welcome) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to understand and resolve client concerns effectively Consultative sales approach with a customer-first mindset Graduate in any stream Proficient in MS Office tools Ready to Join Us?
