Sales Executive- Real Estate

As a Sales Executive in our Real Estate department, your role involves managing lead generation, client engagement, and overall sales support. You will be responsible for maintaining our CRM system, conducting presentations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences at all touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and tracking daily leads in the ERP system, sourcing new opportunities through various channels, and representing the company at exhibitions and conferences. - Responding promptly to inquiries, scheduling and conducting site visits, performing market research, and leading client meetings to assess needs. - Identifying client requirements, delivering tailored presentations, and documenting follow-up cycle progress. - Entering lead details and updates in the ERP system daily, preparing regular sales and financial reports. - Ensuring availability and upkeep of sales collateral, brochures, and demo tools, as well as maintaining a clean and inviting sales office. - Executing timely follow-ups, sending reminders before meetings, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery. - Building and sustaining strong relationships with channel partners, gathering and relaying feedback promptly. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (graduation mandatory). - 1+ years of sales process experience (real estate background preferred). - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to identify and resolve client grievances with a consultative approach. - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.,
