Job Title: SailPoint Developer – Cloud Migration & IAM Location: Remote (India – Must Work in CST Hours) Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract or Permanent Experience: 7+ Years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with Strong Hands-on in SailPoint Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Developer to support our Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow cloud migration . The ideal candidate will have solid experience in onboarding new applications to SailPoint, customizing connectors, and managing end-to-end IAM processes. This is a remote opportunity based in India , requiring availability during Central Standard Time (CST) business hours . Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the migration of SailPoint from on-premise to cloud (IdentityNow) . Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow . Manage application onboarding, connector development , and custom rules creation. Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions . Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues, including workflow errors, provisioning failures , and sync problems . Create and maintain technical documentation, solution design , and deployment scripts . Implement best practices in role-based access control (RBAC) , access certifications, policy enforcement, and lifecycle management . Support ongoing enhancement and maintenance activities post-migration. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on SailPoint . Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow cloud platform . Proven expertise in migrating SailPoint implementations to cloud . In-depth knowledge of Java, Beanshell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs as related to SailPoint customization. Experience onboarding various types of applications (Web, DB, LDAP, AD, SaaS) into SailPoint. Ability to write and troubleshoot SailPoint rules, workflows, connectors , and lifecycle events . Familiarity with IAM best practices , security standards, and compliance frameworks . Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team . Ability to work during CST time zone hours . Nice to Have: SailPoint Certification (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Ping, ForgeRock) Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Work Schedule: Remote from India Working hours aligned to CST (US Central Time) Show more Show less
