About the Project

Network.com is supporting our client in a full-cycle implementation of SAGE ERP and is seeking an experienced SAGE Functional Consultant who can independently lead the project, manage client interactions, and ensure successful delivery.This is a high-ownership, client-facing role representing our organization at the client site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAGE ERP (version: X3 / Intacct / 300 — specify once confirmed)Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholdersMap business processes to SAGE modulesConfigure modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, or other relevant areasCollaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migrationPrepare functional documentation (BRD, FRD, test scripts, UAT documents)Support UAT, conduct training sessions, and manage post–go-live stabilizationAct as the primary point of contact between the client and delivery teamsEnsure timely and quality-driven delivery aligned with the project scope

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in SAGE ERP implementationExpertise in at least two functional modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, etc.)Strong understanding of configuration, workflows, and business process mappingHands-on experience in client-facing consulting or implementation rolesAbility to coordinate with technical teams for integrations/customizationsExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in multiple SAGE versionsUnderstanding of SQL, Crystal Reports, APIs (for functional–tech coordination)Experience leading UAT and go-livePrior experience with system integrators / consulting firms

Education

Bachelor’s / Master’s in IT, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields(Not mandatory if experience is strong)
