Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety & Projects Coordinator to maintain safety standards across site & manage projects with quality & timeliness. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing safety systems, conducting safety audits, maintaining safety compliance, managing projects working with internal stakeholders & external suppliers and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A strong background as team player and stakeholder coordination is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, identify potential hazards, assess risks associated with various tasks and follow up actions
• Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences
• Implement & manage plans, policies & protocols to improve safety and ensure compliance on site.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and generate regular reports for project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Management & allocation of project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree along with qualification in Health & Safety
• Min 5years experience working with Safety systems implementation & regulations
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Team player, good communication and coordination with stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office with strong presentation skills
• Experience in reasonable size project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to identify and resolve project and safety-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications in project management
• Hands On experience with Project management tools – Eg: MS Project
• Basic understanding of HACCP/GMP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹385,706.49 - ₹506,661.86 per year
