Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Mumbai. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting safety training sessions, investigating accidents, and maintaining security measures on-site. The role includes daily inspections, risk assessments, monitoring safety standards, and implementing safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills
• Experience in Accident Investigation and implementing corrective actions
• Proficiency in Security measures and protocols
• Capability to conduct effective Safety Training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
• ADIS Certificate is must
• Certifications in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are advantageous
