Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Manager located in Mumbai. The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety by developing and implementing safety policies and procedures. Daily tasks include conducting safety training, overseeing occupational health measures, investigating accidents, managing environment health and safety (EHS) programs, and ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards. The role involves collaborating with various departments to foster a culture of safety within the organization.

Qualifications

• Occupational Health and Safety Training skills
• Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs and Industrial Safety protocols
• Accident Investigation skills and ability to implement preventive measures
• Strong understanding of safety compliance and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field is preferred
