Job Description

Job Purpose:

Lead the Delhi SAC team, ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales managers, and head office for efficient order execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Delhi SAC team.

  • Act as a link between customers, regional sales managers, and head office.

  • Monitor order processing, dispatch, and communication flow.

  • Review sales reports, MIS, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Handle escalations related to order delays or service issues.

  • Mentor and train team members for better efficiency.

  • Support exhibitions, client meetings, and business events in the Delhi region.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration / Textile Management.

  • 5–7 years of sales administration experience (minimum 2 years in leadership).

  • Strong team management, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Textile/Yarn/Fabric industry experience preferred.

  • Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines.

  • Hindi is Mandatory.
