Role Overview

The Saathi Handholding Executive is responsible for guiding, supporting, and assisting customers/users throughout their onboarding and usage journey. This role ensures smooth adoption of company products/services by providing step-by-step support, resolving queries, and creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary support companion (“Saathi”) for newly onboarded users/customers.
Provide end-to-end handholding during onboarding, documentation, training, and platform usage.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customers are successfully adopting the service/product.
Assist users in understanding features, processes, and best practices.
Resolve customer issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams (tech, operations, sales).
Maintain updated records of customer interactions and progress.
Collect feedback and share insights for improving service delivery.
Conduct field visits/customer visits if needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any stream).
Strong communication skills in local language and Hindi.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic understanding of technology (mobile apps, digital forms, dashboards).
Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
Prior experience in customer support, field operations, or onboarding is preferred.
