Job Title: SaaS - Sales Manager Location: Remote/Hybrid Type: Full-time Level: Mid-Level Department: Sales The Role As a Sales Manager at Jarbug , you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, helping clients understand how Jarbug can deliver measurable value to their digital performance. If you’re passionate about SaaS, comfortable with outbound outreach, and confident in closing deals, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and generate new leads through outbound campaigns, inbound follow-ups, and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer pain points and use cases. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pricing presentations. Negotiate contracts and close subscription deals to meet and exceed monthly targets. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide feedback from prospects and stay aligned on messaging. Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and report on pipeline activity and revenue forecasts. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a related field. Proven ability to manage the entire sales process from lead gen to close. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable selling to D2C / eCommerce and digital-first businesses. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a remote-first, fast-moving environment. Bonus Points Experience selling SEO, analytics, or marketing automation tools.
