About the Role:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasting using CRM tools.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business improvements.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer needs, and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
