About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, building meaningful client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to customer needs. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies. Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and forecasting using CRM tools. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend business improvements. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the SaaS industry. Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer needs, and solution selling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
