S2P Invoice Processing Senior Manager

Position Purpose- BENGALURU

Lead a large and diverse global Source-to-Pay (S2P) Invoice Processing organization consisting of approximately 130–180 team members. Drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and strategic value creation across global operations. Inspire teams through modern leadership principles that encourage bold outcomes, rapid execution cycles, and measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

Visionary Leadership

  • Define and communicate a compelling vision for the S2P Invoice Processing function aligned with global strategy and organizational objectives.
  • Set strategic direction, lead major initiatives, and steer long-term success.
  • Maintain end-to-end process oversight, ensuring full integration across all operational areas.
  • Guide teams to achieve bold outcomes, deliver stakeholder value, and create measurable improvements.

Process Architect

  • Drive end-to-end process transformation through digitalization, automation, and lean methodologies.
  • Simplify and standardize global invoice processing operations to achieve efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee multi-country operations with a large span of control.
  • Ensure strong process governance, adherence to compliance requirements, and operational continuity.
  • Provide clear operational guidance and enable teams to adapt to evolving business needs.

Catalyst for Change

  • Challenge the status quo by identifying improvement opportunities and driving innovation.
  • Accelerate adoption of new technologies, automation, and process enhancements.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Audit, and external suppliers to enhance experience and service quality.
  • Empower teams to take ownership, proactively resolve escalations, and share learnings transparently.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and inclusive team behaviours to drive superior outcomes.

Coach & People Developer

  • Coach and mentor team leaders and individual contributors across geographies.
  • Build a culture focused on learning, empowerment, and high performance.
  • Enable rapid development cycles through structured coaching, continuous feedback, and 30-60-90 learning plans.
  • Focus on talent development, succession planning, and building diverse and future-ready teams.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent professional education.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience

    in shared services and global operations.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex S2P or Accounts Payable teams.
  • Strong knowledge of S2P/Accounts Payable processes and global invoice operations.
  • Experience managing transformational projects, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and strategic decision-making.
  • Proficient in digital tools such as Office 365, SAP, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
  • Flexibility to support global operations across multiple time zones.
