About the job We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee the development. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative Satellite products that meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of satellite manufacturing programs. Assist preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements. Directing a gamut of technology project Management and driving projects while ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects as per requirements of compliance, time & cost parameters while identifying dependencies, and evaluating risks & issues. Experience in formulating a viable budget and operating plan for the program. Work closely with cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity. Work with team to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders and manage all aspect of the program. Produce weekly status reports and attend weekly status meetings. Good Knowledge in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Power Bi Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. Conduct contract review and manage new production introduction processes. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace, or related field); master's degree preferred. 6-10 years of experience in program/project management in defence, aerospace, automotive, or high-tech hardware domains. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 3 or more years’ experience in advising and influencing managers and non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems 3 or more years using project management best practices and tools 2 or more years interfacing with senior leadership PMP Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
