We are looking for a highly skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and efficient features in an Agile environment.

Role Expectations:

Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.Design and implement new features, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and efficiency.Collaborate closely with the front-end team to integrate user-facing elements.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.Write and maintain unit tests using RSpec or similar tools.Participate in code reviews, continuous integration, and deployment activities.Follow best practices in software engineering, including test-driven development and version control (Git).

Expertise Needed:

Minimum 4 years of professional experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails.Strong understanding of OOP concepts and MVC architecture.Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.Knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks (React/Angular is a plus).Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORMs (ActiveRecord).Proficient in using version control tools (Git).Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Have:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
